Shipping Locations


We currently ship to most pin codes across India via trusted courier partners. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, our team will notify you promptly.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer the following shipping charge structure:

    - Orders under ₹200: A shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied to all orders with a total value below ₹200.
    - Orders above ₹200: Free shipping will be provided on all orders with a total value of ₹200 or more.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other locations: 5–7 working days

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS/email. You can track your order through the courier's tracking link or contact our support for help.

Missed Deliveries or Delays


If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, or significantly delayed, please notify us within 3 days. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations


Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you can initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
