Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original packaging with tags intact

    • Not damaged or altered

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may offer refunds via UPI or bank transfer.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or design, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Innerwear, face masks, or any hygiene-related products

  • Customized or altered garments

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a pickup and replace or refund the item at no extra cost
